Fayha Water — App & Website
Fayha's customers — households, mosques, and commercial sites — were all booking water deliveries the same informal way: a phone call or a WhatsApp message, with no shared order history, no visible pricing before the call, and no way to track a delivery once it was placed.
The brief was to replace that with one clear, adaptable experience: show delivery status on the very first screen, keep official pricing and documentation visible before checkout, and let repeat customers reorder or resubscribe in as few steps as possible — without branching into a separate app for mosques or facilities.
I designed a single platform — an app and a website sharing one login, one cart, and one visual identity — with a Qatra points and coupon system layered on top to reward repeat orders and automate subscription refills. The project covers the full process: research and personas, competitor analysis, information architecture, core flows, a complete design system, and the final UI across both platforms.
